Weekly Contra Dance Schedule
 

We are thrilled to announce the return of weekly contra dances every Monday of the month unless otherwise indicated.
We moved the start time up half an hour as it is a 'school night'

MAIN LOCATION
Weekly dances will be held at Mecklenburg Shrine Club
5200 Mecklenburg Shrine Club Road, Charlotte, NC 28215
 

Come before the lesson to help us setup! 6:45-7 PM
Beginner Lesson: 7-7:30PM
Dance Time: 7:30- 10 PM
Help us reset the room: 10:00-10:15 PM

Due to higher costs, we are moving to a sliding scale (voluntary) admission
Live music will now be $12-15 per person
Recorded music will now be $8-12 per person

Students $5 (free through the end of 2025!)
Children under 12 free.

Newcomers are welcome and you don’t need a partner!
